The Ask

My client tasked me with managing the entire creative process for a quarterly video series aimed at engaging employees. I am responsible for storyboarding, visual composition, animation (motion graphics), and full video editing. These videos present key company updates, including new clients, profits, losses, goals achieved, and upcoming objectives, delivering this information in a visually compelling and interesting format to ensure maximum engagement from the team.

The Approach

To establish a cohesive narrative and maintain a fluid rhythm, I carefully blended various visual elements. I combined real video footage of the company offices and leaders from different departments with dynamic text animations, photographic animations, and digital illustration animations. This approach created a balanced mix of real-world context and engaging motion graphics, ensuring the content flowed seamlessly while keeping the audience visually engaged throughout the video.

In my role as Video Editor Lead and Motion Graphic Designer, I took charge of the visual storytelling process by designing detailed storyboards, constructing compelling narratives, and crafting wireframes that guide the visual composition of each scene. My work ensures a seamless and impactful flow that captivates and informs the audience.
